Making A Purchase
Buying from Potat-O-Pener couldn't be easier. Simply click the 'Add to Basket' button to place your purchase into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have a trade order code, keep this close to hand as you'll be asked to enter this shortly.

Please note: For quantities up to 49 pieces at £4.99 each prices include VAT at 17.5%. For all trade quantities over 50 pieces and as shown on our trade page all prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the ruling rate.

All transactions are completed in Pounds Sterling. If you are shopping from outside the UK you can only place an order using a credit card. Simply place the order as above and your credit card company will convert the transaction automatically to your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and American Express credit/debit cards. Your credit/debit card payment will only be made upon dispatch of the goods. If any products are out of stock we will inform you of the expected delivery date.

Bulk Orders
For bulk orders of Potat-O-Pener products please check the order quantities chart and enter the number you are looking to purchase with the coressponding trade order code to receive your quantity order product discount.

Postage and Packing to all UK addresses will be charged for.

Shipping outside the UK varies according to the destination country. Please contact Potat-O-Pener to obtain shipping costs to your country before placing your order.

Delivery Times
We are a mail order business who aim to dispatch your order within 7 days, however some items can take longer and you will be advised of any lead times upon ordering.

Back Orders
If any Potat-O-Pener products that you order are out of stock we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

VAT Charges
All prices on the site include 17.5% VAT. Orders outside the UK and the EU will receive a 17.5% discount from the price indicated. Please contact our Customer Services department to place your order and receive your discount.

Credit Card Security
All transactions on this website are protected for card security through Roman Cart. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when an order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they have reached our sales department. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
All Potat-O-Pener products should reach you in perfect condition. In the event of you receiving damaged products please contact Potat-O-Pener immediately. We will replace your damaged goods at no extra cost to you, but would ask you to return your damaged products to us. This does not affect your statutory rights - please see our Returns Policy for further details on returns and the distance selling directive.

We collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you is the information given by you at the time of ordering. We may use this information from time to time to contact you in regards to promotional matters. However, you can opt out of being sent any marketing material by contact our email Marketing department.

Returns Policy
Once 'unwanted' goods are received, the consumer has a 7 working day cancellation period. The consumers’ right to reject starts from the day the contract is made and ends on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received by the consumer. The right given to the consumer by the Distance Selling Regulation is a cancellation right ie a right to cancel the contract. Whether the consumer has returned the goods or not, a full refund including the initial shipping charges will be made within 30 days of cancellation. We request that the goods are returned at consumer's cost, and if they are not returned, we will collect them and deduct the costs from the refund. The goods must be unused and in original condition/packaging and with your Potat-O-Pener receipt, and must be received back within 14 days from the date of cancellation. For your protection, please obtain a receipt and proof of posting from your Post Office. This does not affect your statutory rights.
